Field Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Team Leader to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Field Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services in the field and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake spot checks on care workers within the field to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the ambassadors and complete competency checks to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Conduct customer service reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Assist with completing carers' and clients' weekly rotas to optimize care delivery.
- Supervise care services to ensure they meet the required standards and quality expectations.
- Provide care in accordance with current best practices, policy, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis shared with other office members.
Requirements:
- Holds a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Is computer literate and proficient in using relevant software systems.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by the business.
- Possesses a full UK driving license and has access to a vehicle for work purposes.
