Restaurant Operations Manager

£30,500 plus tronc and bonus (package circa 36k)

The Role

  • As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be a natural leader, able to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You'll be a strong communicator, able to challenge and motivate your team to achieve our goals.
  • You'll have a passion for developing your P&L skills and be financially astute.
  • You'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.
  • You'll ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.
