About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Sales Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional sales experiences that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, built on trust and transparency, to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers through all contact channels.
- Actively work towards achieving and exceeding departmental objectives.
- Ensure all vehicles are handed over to customers at the agreed time and in the condition specified.
- Adhere to all brand standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service-oriented environment.
- A can-do attitude, with a winning mentality and drive to succeed.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills to handle difficult situations professionally.
- A valid driving license, free from excessive penalties.
