Job Title: Duty ManagerAs a Duty Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gym. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee daily gym operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and maintenance of facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other staff members, providing coaching and guidance as needed to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
- Maintain positive relationships with members, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the leisure industry.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Hold a valid Level 2 Gym Instructor certification and have a proven ability to coach and mentor others.
- Be willing to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
