Key Responsibilities:
* Leading continuous improvement projects and strategy across the site
* Identifying areas of concern and conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements
* Utilizing various tools such as Lean, six sigma, 5s, and Kaizen methodologies
* Liaising with multiple internal departments to identify areas of improvement and continuous improvement project status
* Providing internal training programs and presentations surrounding CI and Lean principals

Requirements:
* Experience within similar roles such as CI, Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing
* Familiarity with various tools such as Lean, 5S, or Kaizen
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
