About the Role

A leading university campus in Northampton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Site Manager to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of its extensive indoor and outdoor landscaping. This is a hands-on role requiring supervision of both internal grounds staff and an external landscaping contractor.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including site development and renovation, as well as maintaining existing landscapes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISING LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS AND GROUNDS STAFF
  • Maintaining high-quality standards across all landscaping activities
  • Developing and implementing site plans and budgets
  • Managing and controlling costs

Requirements:

  • Experience in landscape management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
