Caregiver Job Description:

We are seeking caring and patient support workers to join our team and provide individualized care to three siblings with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a warm and empathetic approach, being able to build trust and rapport with each child and their family.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support to each child, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Accompany each child on outings and activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid DBS check required.
