We're seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Newport. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our Costa Express equipment, ensuring seamless customer experiences across our locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve technical queries and escalate complex issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues promptly

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a focus on service equipment maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
