Freelance Supply Chain Finance Associate Opportunity

Planet Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Supply Chain Finance Associate to join their team for a 6-month period. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global pharma company that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Month-End Process Support: Evaluate sales and input month-end reporting process.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report sales and financial metrics to government or other external agencies.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting: Utilize SAP, ex-wholesale, and market data sources to generate weekly sales reports.
  • Tracking and Validation: Track and validate free of charge billings, sales data, and customer incentive proposals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to support internal customer requests.
  • Commercial Scheme Management: Update trackers, monitor, and analyze trends.
  • Deal Development: Support the Commercial Manager in building and initiating deals with external customers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for the wider team.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including data analysis, accurate reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a team environment but also self-motivating and happy to work on individual tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical experience of Excel, essential sales reporting systems, and experience of PowerBI.
  • Data Analytics: Interest in Data Analytics & Data Visualization.
