About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Due Diligence Specialist to join our Sustainability Advisory & Transaction Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of buy side and sell side transactions for private market investors, their portfolio companies, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct large, global projects, ensuring client satisfaction and profitable delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on strategic ESG-related matters leveraging our global pool of subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of macro sustainability/ESG topics as they relate to companies in the real-economy and investment community.
  • Collaborate with other advisors and workstreams to identify and manage commercial and operational risks.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and engagement, producing quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • Private markets experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of ESG due diligence findings and their application in transactions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
