Agricultural Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Farm Trader to join our team at Bartholomews Agri Food Ltd. As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of seeds, fertilizers, and other farm inputs while managing purchases of grain from growers.
You will need to provide customers with information about our farm services, including storage capabilities, grain marketing, agronomy packages, haulage, and feeds. To be successful in this role, you will need a sound understanding of on-farm sales, arable farming, and grain buying.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with a strong background in arable agriculture, preferably with a BASIS qualification or equivalent experience. You will need to be knowledgeable about fertilizers and crop nutrition, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will also need to hold a UK driving license and be able to travel to farms and other locations as required. If you are a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about agriculture, we would love to hear from you.
