About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our current and future technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create roadmaps and strategies for leveraging information and digital technology.
  • Ensure that all infrastructure, software, security, and service innovations align with our technical roadmap.
  • Design and implement effective solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and architecting technical solutions in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF/COBIT, or an equivalent framework.
  • CITP or FBCS certification is a plus.

You are a highly motivated and experienced technical professional with a passion for shaping the future of technology. You have a strong track record of delivering complex technical projects and are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
