Enterprise Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Govern and maintain the overall technical architecture solution for our organization, ensuring that all work undertaken adheres to agreed standards, design principles, and architecture methodology.
- Strategic Planning: Understand the current and future requirements of our organization, create roadmaps, set strategy, and identify opportunities for leveraging information and digital technology.
- Infrastructure Management: Define, manage, and govern infrastructure standards and capabilities for the deployment of business, data, and application services.
- Solution Design: Define and maintain documentation that articulates the current state software portfolio and interfaces across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Present architecture outputs to stakeholders at various levels of technical understanding within the organization.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with significant experience in designing and architecting technical solutions within a large, complex organization. You should be able to translate user requirements into solution designs and have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in designing and architecting technical solutions within a large, complex organization.
- Working knowledge of ITIL (Intermediate +), TOGAF/COBIT, or an equivalent framework.
- CITP or FBCS certification.
