Our mission is to provide high-quality support to enable individuals to reach their full potential.

The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to work with children with special educational needs in the Hertford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering 1:1 sessions to young people who are unable to attend mainstream education. Your role will involve building strong relationships with the students and their families, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 tuition to students with a range of SEN in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Plan and deliver fun and interesting lessons tailored to individual student needs
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
