Job Description
  As a Pastoral Support Leader at this well-established secondary school in Hertford, Hertfordshire, you will work closely with students aged 11-18 who require additional support due to behavioural issues or struggles in mainstream education. Your primary goal will be to help these students overcome challenges and return to their original school setting. This rewarding role requires a calm, understanding persona who can build trusting relationships with students, parents, and external agencies.

    • Strong experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) or pastoral issues
