A leading Mid-Size Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Surrey is seeking a Junior Electrical Estimator to join their thriving commercial team.

Tender values can reach up to £3m, and you will be working under the supervision of the Estimating Manager.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical background and have progressed from hands-on experience. While specific estimating qualifications are not required, a willingness to learn and develop is essential for this role.

Salary

Approximately £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This Junior Electrical Estimator position involves working closely with the Estimating Manager to prepare and submit tender documents for various projects within the Commercial Sector.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate estimates are produced.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In addition to your electrical background, you should have basic proficiency in software applications relevant to estimating and project management.
