Fit-out Estimator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Estimator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Fit-out Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of fit-out projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for fit-out projects, including costs, quantities, and timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain project specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Manager to develop and implement estimating strategies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fit-out Estimator or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
