Join Our Team as a Fit-out Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced fit-out estimator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a fit-out estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of fit-out projects.

About the Role

As a fit-out estimator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain project specifications and requirements. You will use your expertise to produce accurate estimates, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for fit-out projects
  • Liaise with clients, architects, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain project specifications and requirements
  • Use estimating software to produce accurate estimates
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a fit-out estimator or a similar role in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
