Hours: Full time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week

Location: Quarriers Village

Quarriers Village is a leading provider of care services for children with complex needs. We are seeking dedicated Intensive Support Practitioners to join our team and provide high-quality support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities and promote health and wellbeing
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) and HNC
  • Experience in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Driver's license and access to own transport preferred
