Job Summary
Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a leading provider of specialist care and education, we work with children and young people who present with complex needs, including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide specialist and evidence-based psychological interventions in individual or group settings to pupils and residents.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide training and consultation to staff on psychological interventions and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to psychological services.
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychologist.
- Previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs, such as neuro and/or trauma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £59,500 - £69,800 FTE.

Working Arrangements
- Part-time, permanent contract.
- 2-5 days per week.
