Multi-Skilled Field Service Engineer (Electrical Bias)

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build electrical control panels
  • Perform fault-finding and repair services for electrical and mechanical systems
  • Install, commission, and provide training for machinery and equipment
  • Provide routine maintenance and service for machinery such as VFFS, HFFS, Multi-head Weighers, Metal Detectors / Checkweighers, Auger Fillers, etc.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for electrical and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to machinery breakdowns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering
Requirements:
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays
  • Experience working on at least one or two of the food processing and packaging machines manufactured by our company
