Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Kleboe Jardine Ltd, a leading manufacturer of sterile injectables, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join their Quality team.
About the Role
- Develop and implement quality metrics and plans for existing products and processes.
- Analyze data and trends in performance and variation of products, processes, and non-conformance reports.
- Lead quality improvement and continuous improvement projects in partnership with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
- Facilitate risk management activities, including FMEAs.
- Write and review technical documents, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure process quality and source inspections.
- Provide coaching and guidance on quality topics to Production and Engineering teams.
- Participate in internal audits, conducting process, product, and workplace audits.
Requirements
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, or a heavily regulated industry.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, including graphical and statistical methods.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques.
- Ability to write and review technical documents.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, independently, and earn the trust of stakeholders.
