Legacy and Journeys Assistant

This temporary administrative role focuses on supporting the Legacy and Journeys team at a leading charity organisation.
You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, maintain excellent supporter care, and handle various tasks, including information fulfilment and legacy administration.
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, experience in administrative roles, and proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Process free will service requests and update database records.
- Respond to information requests from campaigns.
- Sort and scan incoming legacy-related correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as letter writing.
- Send out information packs to supporters.
- Record and collate campaign results.
Requirements:
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Administrative experience within a charity or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Database and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Compensation:
This temporary role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.87, including holiday pay, resulting in an annual salary of £25,235 (full-time, 35 hours per week).
