We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Park Hall in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our care home, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the care home, including communal areas and resident rooms.
- Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high standard of care and support to our residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of our residents.
- Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge.
- Ability to work safely and effectively with cleaning products.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
- Health and safety awareness.
