Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the home, including resident rooms, communal spaces, and facilities.
  • Use cleaning products effectively and safely, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning schedule.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or care role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
