About the Job

We are seeking a caring and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to children and young people with varied needs. Your primary focus will be on promoting their well-being, development, and safety.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and support to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and coordination.
  • Participating in shift management and responding to rota needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a similar setting or a CQF/NVQ Level 3 certificate.
  • A current DBS and a car driver's license.


Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
