The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Hostel Manager to lead our team at YHA Wasdale Hall. As a Hostel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hostel, creating a great place for our teams to work and ensuring our guests have a great experience in our hostels.
You will achieve targets across all aspects of the hostel operation, including food and beverage, managing a team of employees and volunteers, and contributing to the team effort in the day-to-day operation of the hostel.

Requirements- Proven experience of working within the hospitality industry
- Experience of people management, including recruitment, induction, development, conducting reviews and managing performance
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience of handling difficult situations
- Ability to manage varying pressures, including peaks in workload demands
The estimated salary for this role is £30,749 to £36,180 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to develop their career in hospitality management.
