About the Role
Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychological Professions Leadership Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the education and training of our Psychological Professions workforce.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of education and training programs for our Psychological Professions workforce.
- Working closely with our Divisional Leads for Psychological Professions to champion opportunities supporting the diverse representation and expansion of our workforce.
- Supporting the retention and progression of our Psychological Professions workforce through the development of education and training offers meeting clinical professional development needs.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
