MERJE Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change and Projects Manager to support the establishment of a robust compliance framework and deliver key regulatory change projects within the risk and compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver regulatory change projects and maintain awareness of regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to Group Policies and Minimum Standards development
  • Support M&A due diligence activities from a Risk & Compliance perspective
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting on key regulatory risks
  • Assist with the onboarding and integration of newly acquired regulated entities

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the insurance sector, experience in project management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to analyse complex regulatory requirements and propose practical solutions.

This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, 25 days' holiday, private medical insurance, and an attractive pension scheme.
