Visual Store Assistant

Oak Furnitureland is seeking a skilled Visual Store Assistant to join our team in the Midlands. As a Visual Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our brand DNA is consistently rolled out across our showrooms.
About the Role:You will work closely with our Divisional Visual Manager to manage our showrooms, execute range moves, maintain displays, and review stock quality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
As a Visual Store Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Divisional Visual Manager in managing our showrooms, including overnight stays where necessary. You will also play a key role in improving sales performance and commerciality.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Divisional Visual Manager in managing our showrooms, including overnight stays where necessary.
- Effectively execute range moves, positioning furniture correctly, and maintaining display standards.
- Maintain store displays, including hanging wall accessories and painting room sets.
- Review stock quality, reporting back daily findings, and ordering replacement items as needed.
- Build strong working relationships with our Divisional Visual Manager and showroom teams.
- A hands-on approach and ability to safely handle and move furniture and display stock.
- Experience in DIY, including power tools and decorating, to a high standard.
- Essential IT skills, always up-to-date on information in and out.
- Flexibility to stay overnight to reach all stores within the division.
- A clean driving license.
- Company vehicle provided: Van.
