Job Title: HR Advisor - Systems and Communications

Job Summary:

Croydon College is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor - Systems and Communications, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and development of our HR system, including systems upgrades, testing, security permissions, and general systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and development of the HR system, including systems upgrades, testing, and security permissions.
  • Lead on the provision of management information reporting.
  • Provide generalist HR Advisor support, including HR system administration and management.
  • Work closely with the HR team to provide professional and comprehensive HR support to the business areas.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a HR role in a similar setting.
  • Working experience of managing HR system administration, including setting up workflows, security permissions, creating smart groups, creating org structure, and system upgrade testing.
  • Experience of generating management information reports, ideally with experience of using Business Objects or Power BI platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
