We're seeking a highly skilled iTrent Specialist to join our team. As an HRIS subject matter expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our bespoke iTrent system, ensuring operational requirements are met and delivering exceptional service to our 500-strong workforce.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling, testing, and implementing system updates
  • Identifying opportunities for system improvement
  • Supporting technical issues for HR system users
  • Leading on approved changes
  • Contributing to employee and manager system queries
  • Building, scheduling, and running reports for various entities and functions

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record of maintenance, development, and enhancement of iTrent systems. You'll be comfortable handling system nuances, have experience as the key point of contact from a system provider, and understand the dynamics of working within or alongside Human Resources (HR) and Technology professionals.

As a passionate advocate for reporting, you'll be able to demonstrate your skills in building and executing reports, interpreting data, and contributing to organizational benefits.
