About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Staff member to join our team at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Welcome and greet guests, taking orders and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Being friendly yet professional
  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
