About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bar Staff Member at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to maintain a clean and well-organized bar area.
  • Restock the bar before and after events to ensure a seamless service.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations at all times.
  • Take pride in the presentation of drinks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent results.
  • Develop strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Be friendly, yet professional, in all interactions.
  • Be proactive and take initiative to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Confidently work behind the bar and have experience in a hospitality, catering, or bar setting.
