Store Manager

As a Store Manager at One Stop, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring that it meets the high standards of the Tesco Group. You will lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
- Ensure that the store is safe and secure, with a focus on customer and colleague well-being.
- Work closely with the Store Support Centre to implement company initiatives and policies.
As a Store Manager at One Stop, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
