Job Summary:

Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Director to lead our client's legal practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a senior role and drive growth in the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and agents to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop and implement growth strategies for the department.
  • Conveyancing Oversight: Supervise conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and residential transactions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the team in day-to-day operations, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a legal or conveyancing environment.
  • Complex Transactions: Previous experience handling complex transactions, including sales, purchases, and residential transactions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role.
