About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Opto Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling high-level ticket packages for our B2B events.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, specifically in events, advertising, or marketing services. They should also be comfortable with hybrid working and able to sell into C-level professionals.

In this role, you will be focused on winning new business and growing revenue. You will work closely with our teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell high-level ticket packages to individuals and large groups
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with our teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

What We Offer:
