We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative UX Design leader to join our Amazon Payments team. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences across multiple products and platforms, driving innovation and excellence in design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate the vision for user experience design across multiple products and platforms.
  • Lead a team of experienced UX designers to create user-centered designs that meet business requirements.
  • Guide teams to understand customer needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback.
  • Coach designers to use business requirements to develop use cases and high-level requirements.
  • Support the design team with planning, prioritizing, and overseeing initiatives; manage projects; ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders from Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to drive design excellence.
