Business Analyst - HR

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting payroll business or technical data requirements while working closely with product owners, technical specialists and data experts.

The ideal candidate will have strong payroll or HR data migration expertise and experience of working on high-profile transformation projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analysing data requirements
  • Documenting technical and business data requirements
  • Working closely with product owners and technical specialists
  • Contributing to the success of the HCM transformation programme
