Business Analyst - HR Payroll Process and Data

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme, working closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts to gather, analyse, and document payroll business or technical data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse payroll business or technical data requirements
  • Document current data and target system data requirements and migration plans
  • Work closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts
  • Contribute to a major HCM transformation programme
