- Lead and manage a team of structural engineers

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working on UK Healthcare sector projects, a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, and a strong understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360. Excellent project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire confidence both internally and externally are essential.
