Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Skilled Vehicle Service and Repair Specialist to join our team at Caliber Collision. As a key member of our auto body repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to ensure that each vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Repair: Safely repair damaged panels, fenders, and grills using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all equipment in good working order to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Experience: 2+ years of collision repair experience required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
- Proper Tools: Must have proper tools to complete job duties.
Abilities and Skills:
- Physical Activity: Ability to perform physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
