Location: Redhill, Surrey
A leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation in the industry is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a range of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on education projects for a reputable main contractor, with experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value.
They will also have a good understanding of the 2-stage D&B procurement route and be able to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects within the education sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
