Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Teller's Arms, a premium pub in Farnham. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our menu specifications.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Ensure effective controls are in place to maintain high standards of food quality and labour efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
