About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with their medication, meal times, and social activities
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
