About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a sense of community and engagement.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
