Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Damage Assessment Professional to join our team at Tru Talent. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and estimating repair costs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced accident repair centre, where you will be working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess vehicle damage and estimate repair costs accurately
  • To follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
  • To maintain a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques using Audatex

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA /IMI/ SVQ)
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a busy body shop
  • Strong team player skills and self-motivation to earn bonus hours

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 (DOE), plus the opportunity to earn an OTE of £50,000 through a bonus scheme. You will also have access to extras such as Upsell Bonus and the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
