Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in North Tyneside. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and pupils in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the classroom environment for lessons and maintaining a safe and organized space
  • Assisting with the display of pupils' work and promoting a positive learning atmosphere
  • Monitoring pupils' progress and reporting any concerns to the teacher
  • Contributing to lesson planning and supporting the teacher in managing pupil behavior
Requirements:
  • Recent experience working with children and young people
  • Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
