Fruition Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a global M&A programme of work for a well-recognised, highly regulated software-focused business. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, working outside of IR35, with the possibility of occasional travel to Leeds or London, and potential international travel.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of full lifecycle programme delivery, overseeing multiple workstreams, and experience working on global M&As in a technical environment. They will be responsible for leading from the front, overseeing cyber-sec and infrastructure teams, alongside product and platform teams of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan the integration of tech, business, people, products, and processes from a newly acquired business into a wider organisation.
- Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure successful programme delivery.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and provide regular updates on programme progress.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience working in a global technology company, where the platform is the product, is highly desirable.
