About Us
At SeeAbility, we specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, who may also have sight loss. Our support ranges from providing person-centred care across our many supported-living and residential care provisions.

The Role
We are looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team who is a problem solver, able to think fast and be proactive in their approach. You will lead, mentor, and work with the team of support workers, and senior support workers, to ensure efficient service delivery and effective teamwork.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for daily care and support, building relationships, empowering independence, social engagement, and respect and dignity. This will include helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks, as well as getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to areas of expertise including epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities, sight loss, and managerial skills, including rota management. You will also need a valid full UK manual driving license and the right to work in the UK.
